Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to drive new member sales and ensure a positive member experience. You will greet visitors, sign up new members, perform check-ins, provide tours, and assist with account changes.

You will manage front desk tasks, answer information calls, help resolve member questions by escalating to the Club Manager, and maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment.
