Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a front desk member services associate for our club in Santa Clarita, CA. You will greet guests, sign up new members, conduct tours, check members in, and assist with account changes while ensuring a welcoming experience.

Daily duties include handling info calls, resolving basic service questions, coordinating with Club Manager for issues, maintaining a clean, organized reception area, and supporting ongoing training and deep cleaning during shifts.
