Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a front desk associate to greet potential members and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will handle front desk tasks, welcome tours, sign up new members, and assist with account changes.

The role requires strong customer service, active listening, and problem-solving abilities, plus the flexibility to help with club cleanliness and routine trainings. This on-site position offers daily shifts and opportunities to grow within the club.
