Job summary

Lincare is seeking a customer-focused specialist in Cheyenne, WY to communicate with customers, answering questions, resolving problems, and determining ongoing product/service needs while supporting compliance with physician direction.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assess needs, educate customers on products and services, document calls, enter orders, and verify/update demographic information in our computerized records.

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
