Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access financial solutions, process transactions (check cashing, money transfers, payments) and deliver a strong in-store experience.

This entry-level role includes hands-on training, a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement across our brands nationwide; full-time schedule with weekends and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle.
• Enter and maintain customer information with precision into a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Participate in in-store and community events and maintain store appearance.
