Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Meticulous data entry with accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and MS Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Support daily call campaigns to generate new business.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Maintain store appearance, security, and opening/closing procedures.
