Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with check cashing, money transfers, and payments, delivering friendly, in-store service in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, growth across eleven brands nationwide, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll build relationships, process transactions accurately, and help customers access financial solutions they need.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Assist in on-site events, store errands, and community outreach.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Follow security procedures for cash handling and vault management.
• Stay updated on product and process changes.
• Fulfill a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (40 hours/week).
