Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Trumbull, CT to provide in-station real-time support and ensure on-time deliveries. You will connect customers with experts and resolve issues to deliver a great customer experience, working at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and fast, accurate responses, with a full-time, 40+ hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.

Responsibilities

Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs.
