Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Mount Vernon, WA to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement projects. You’ll listen, answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customers’ needs are met throughout their shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data input/output.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Retail experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization to ensure product availability.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
