Lowe's Portland, ME seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer; inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected
• Cross-functionally train in other areas to deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut/bundle wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
