Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Mount Vernon, OH is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find home improvement products, and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service throughout the shopping experience.

You will answer questions, assist with locating items, load merchandise as needed, and support multiple departments as needed, with opportunities to grow through training programs and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as needed.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unaided or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves by replenishing supplies and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
