Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Monroe, WA. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver great service.
• Assist with department tasks (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, load merchandise).
