Job summary

Lowe’s in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products and provide friendly, professional service that enhances the shopping experience.

You will assist in stocking, processing orders, and may work across departments to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced home improvement retail environment. Benefits include health, tuition assistance, 401(k) match, stock purchase, and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and select products
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Prepare merchandise for customers (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut items)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
