Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and deliver excellent service throughout the store.

You will assist with locating merchandise, loading/offloading when needed, and ensuring customer needs are met during their shopping experience. Qualifications

• Six months of computer use experience.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
