Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Restock shelves and organize merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to optimize service.
• Prepare department products (e.g., paint, wood, hardware) per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or at checkout.
