You will monitor center workload and assist with load-level requests in a fast-paced production shop environment.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role and strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Monitor work volume and assist with load level requests.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
