Aufgaben

• The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale day activities.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Organize keys and filing documents by internal coding system and Lot number; upload documents to the web for each sale.
• Actively communicate with departments and customers who sign up equipment for documents such as LOLCs and purge documents.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure that superior customer service is always delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and partner with the team to maintain safety.
