Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments, and support sale day activities. You will interact with customers in person, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure accurate documentation for each sale.

The role emphasizes a friendly, team-driven approach and a commitment to high-quality service. The position requires strong computer skills, effective data entry, and the ability to stay composed

Qualifications

• Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
• Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
• A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
• Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
• A friendly, outgoing, patient personality.
• You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you're needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize and file documents by internal coding system and Lot number, uploading documents to the web for each sale.
• Communicate with multiple departments and customers who sign up equipment requiring documents such as LOLCs and purge documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure that superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
