Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote US-based team on a PST schedule. You will deliver outstanding service, answer inquiries, and process payments during sale days, supporting our equipment auctions.

Responsibilities include organizing documents, communicating with departments and customers, handling payments, and promoting auxiliary services. A team player with a positive attitude thrives in a fast-paced environment and values safety.

Qualifications

• Previous in-person customer service experience.
• Experience using computers and learning new software.
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
• Commitment to delivering fantastic customer service.
• Able to work well under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Friendly, outgoing, patient personality.
• Team-oriented and willing to pitch in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize all keys and file documents by our internal coding system and then again by Lot number once we go to Lot. Upload documents to the web each sale.
• Actively communicate with many different departments and/or teams and customers who sign up equipment when needing documents such as LOLC’s, Purge Documents etc.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure that superior customer service is always delivered to all customers.
• Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co‑workers and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
