The role is to be the first point of contact for customers by phone or email, processing and invoicing outgoing orders and providing administrative support to customers, Despatch and Sales teams for UK and Export orders.

Key responsibilities include taking orders, generating pick lists and despatch notes, and handling queries to maintain high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers by telephone, email and/or websites.
• Process orders and generate pick lists and despatch notes; generate pro forma invoices, invoices and credits.
• Handle general customer queries and follow up where required.
