Job summary

Health Care Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to receive, process, and record customer orders, maintaining contact with customers and internal teams involved in ordering, delivery, and billing.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, fax, and email, resolve routine issues, document activities in the CRM, and collaborate with Live Chat, Web Order Entry, EDI, Wholesale, and Government teams to support growth and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Foundational reading, math, locating information, listening, and writing skills.
• Data entry accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, fax, and e-mail to provide problem resolution.
• Resolves routine and basic problems and communicates solution or requested information to the customer.
• Analyzes customer's service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.
• Utilizes a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
• Participates in cross functional teams (Live Chat, Web Order Entry, EDI, Wholesale, Government).
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand sales.
• Maintain positive attitude and be a team player.
