Job summary

Custom Goods, LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide first level customer service to internal and external customers and to manage order processing within the warehouse management system. You will communicate between customers and facility staff while ensuring data integrity and accurate billing.

The role requires strong communication skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to adapt to changing situations in a distribution/fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years' related experience.
• Experience in distribution/fulfillment environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Professional and adaptable to changing situations.
• Ability to cross train others.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Track and account for each customer order in warehouse systems.
• Communicate status and inquiries between customers and facility staff.
• Maintain data integrity of account information in internal systems.
• Process client orders, receipts, and carrier communications.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure accurate order entry.
• Respond to billing questions and maintain daily reports.
• Record and monitor customer interactions and transactions.
