Qualifikationen

• Six months to one year of related experience or training.

• Provide timely and accurate information regarding order status and product inquiries.
• Process orders and revisions in accordance with department policies.
• Prepare sales quotations and issue order acknowledgements upon receiving formal purchase orders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address customer needs.
• Review purchase orders, contracts, and terms and conditions; perform export screening per policy.
