Motion Industries in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill orders and manage customer calls under close supervision. You will handle inquiries, quotes, order entry, and assist with pricing decisions to support gross profit.

The role includes maintaining inventory levels and coordinating shipping. Exceptional communication, multi-tasking, and basic computer skills are essential, with a high school diploma or GED required and 0–3 years of related

High school diploma or GED with 0–3 years of related experience.
Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required.
Strong communication skills in written and verbal form.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Moderate computer skills and use of business systems.

Responsabilités

Respond to basic customer inquiries, provide quotes, and perform order entry.
Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in.
Influence gross profit by negotiating price and purchase price within parameters.
Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
Ensure inventory levels are maintained and select cost-effective shipping methods.
Expedite backorders and assist with returns as needed.
Support Account Representatives and perform other duties as assigned.
