Responsibilities

Responds to basic customer inquiries regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk in (counter sales).
Influences pricing within set parameters and works to maximize gross profit.
Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
Manages inventory levels and sources products from branch or supplier inventories.
Determines shipping methods and expedites backorders as needed.
Supports account reps to ensure customer satisfaction and may handle returns.
