Job summary

• Enter orders via phone, fax, email, or counter sales.
• Maintain inventory levels and expedite backorders as needed.
• Assist Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Determine cost-effective shipping methods for orders.
• Handle returns when applicable.
