Responsibilities

• Conduct floor monitor duties, interviews, and training.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; handle coaching.
• Ensure compliance with audits and loss prevention front end standards.
• Provide coaching to associates not in compliance and assist with issues.
