Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 120 associates in Customer Service and accounting office.
• Conduct floor monitor duties, interview and train associates, plan and direct work.
• Provide coaching and feedback for compliance with expectations; handle customer issues.
• Ensure completion of audits and perform duties of clerks, cashiers and baggers as needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.
