Harris Teeter in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a Full Time Assistant Customer Service Manager to supervise up to 120 associates in Customer Service and the accounting office. You will assist the Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of these teams, and ensure audit compliance and exceptional customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of coaching staff.

Responsabilités

• Supervise up to 120 associates in Customer Service and Accounting offices.
• Conduct interviews, training, and performance evaluations; assign and direct work.
• Ensure audits are completed and provide coaching to non-compliant associates; perform duties of frontline staff as needed.
