Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding work orders, shipments, and inventory counts.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for account administration, invoicing, and credit changes.
• Generate and process paperwork for customer work orders, including special requests and tracking.
• Verify invoices for proper account billing and provide clerical support including phones and records.
• Schedule loads, maintain reports, and resolve issues with damaged orders or refusals.
