Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Georgia to join our Store Operations team. You will educate customers on loan and pawn options, process payments, and help grow the business through referrals and events.

The role requires strong communication, data accuracy, and the ability to work full-time in-person, including limited Saturdays. Training programs and career growth support are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Proficient with phone, POS, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and make loan/pawn recommendations.
• Accept payments, monitor and manage customer appointments.
• Develop relationships and obtain referrals at in-store events.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals using the assessment tool.
• Enter customer data in the POS system accurately.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and laws.
