Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service throughout the loan/pawn cycle, educate customers, and recommend options based on financial needs. You will manage payments, appointments, and referrals while supporting store profitability and brand loyalty.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and strong interpersonal skills, with an in-person full-time schedule and occasional Saturdays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for workday use (mileage compensated).
• Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full loan or pawn process by educating consumers and making recommendations based on financial needs.
• Assist in customer account management by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
• Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging partnerships, obtaining referrals, and hosting in-store/community events.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using the assessment tool.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the Point-of-Sale system with accuracy.
• Uphold compliance with Company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain office security protocols including vault, cash drawer, and deposits.
• Work in a fast-changing environment and handle multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members at all levels.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including limited Saturday hours (minimum 40 hours/week).
• Store hours/schedules may change; check with recruiter for updated requirements.
