Tower Loan is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the face of our customer-focused team in an on-site setting. You will build relationships, promote financial solutions, and handle payments while maintaining accurate cash drawers and records.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, payroll-detailed cash handling experience, and a drive to advance into leadership roles within a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and deposits.
• Execute office administrative tasks such as mail, filing and purchasing office supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
