Tower Loan is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to be at the heart of our branch. You will deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and help customers find the right financial solutions.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. On-site schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional extended hours, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Preferred cash handling, sales, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and preparing deposits.
• Execute office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, purchasing office supplies, etc.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
