Job summary

Harris Teeter seeks a Full Time Assistant Customer Service Manager to supervise up to 120 associates in Customer Service and the accounting office. The role supports the Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation while ensuring policy compliance.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, and strong communication and training skills to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 120 associates in Customer Service and accounting offices.
• Coordinate floor monitor duties, interviews, and training.
• Assist in performance appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with store audits and loss prevention.
• Provide coverage for cashier, clerk, and bagger roles as needed.
