Job summary

Kohl's in Michigan is seeking a Supervisor to lead point-of-sale and customer service efforts, coaching associates to deliver fast, accurate transactions and an exceptional shopping experience. You will train teammates, oversee cash handling, inventory processes, and ensure adherence to Kohl's brand standards.

You will drive KPIs, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with store leadership to meet daily goals while supporting a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to coach toward daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: 2 years experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a strong customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (credit, loyalty) and support storewide targets.
• Coach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards.
• Assist with merchandising standards, product knowledge and brand adherence.
• Oversee cash handling processes and daily POS operations.
• Maintain store safety and loss prevention practices.
• Open/close store processes and provide direction as an on-duty leader.
