Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates on POS, customer service standards and company guidelines.
• Support merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools, and Kohl's brand standards.
• Oversee cash handling processes including register balancing and change orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support loss prevention and safety policies.
