Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising teams or associates with coaching for daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools; adhere to Kohl’s brand standards.
• Support inventory accuracy through timely merchandising processes.
• Oversee daily cash processes including register balancing, change orders and voids.
