Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates and coaching daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver fast service and handle complex transactions at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (credit, loyalty) and support storewide goals.
• Train associates on POS, customer service standards and company guidelines.
• Support merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools per Kohl’s brand standards.
• Oversee cash-handling processes and daily cash controls.
