Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (leadership roles preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate others in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a plus.
