Qualifications

• Minimum requirement to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day customer service initiatives and inspire associates to provide friendly and professional service.
• Interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area and troubleshoot register/transaction issues.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
