Job summary

Clopay Corporation in Harrisburg Distribution Center is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order entry, invoicing, and customer communication, leveraging automation systems. The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing; basic computer skills and MS Office; training in furnishing and installation processes.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; 3–5 years customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; clerical or office experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders at the distribution center and by telephone using automation system controls.
• Assist in pricing quotes and orders under automation system controls.
• Balance daily invoice edits and audit open order reports weekly.
• Follow up on customer claims for credit and manage COD/open-term invoicing.
• Maintain bookkeeping for open terms and COD accounts, including new customer codes.
• Assist with furnish/install programs and processing related payables.
• Distribute mail and handle all customer service calls; support product inquiries and accounting matters.
• Perform various administrative duties as needed.
