Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform income order, buy order and warehouse transfer entries: invoicing, credit memo invoicing, inventory modifications, receiving, daily sales sign-up update, month close replacement and customer support obligations.
• Prepare bid proposals.
• Perform daily order access and billing functions; generate transport orders, invoices for mailing and handle lower back orders.
• Enter client facts into the computer system accurately.
• Answer questions from coworkers and clients concerning products and orders using available information.
• Screen billings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Study discrepancies and debit memos to accurately process credit/debit entries.
• Reconcile inventory.
• Assist in daily and monthly close by ensuring all data is entered correctly.
• Other related duties as assigned.
