Job summary

Clopay Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Madison, WI Distribution Center. The successful candidate will communicate with customers in person and by telephone, entering orders and assisting with quotes under automated controls.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, with good computer skills in Microsoft Office. Competitive benefits and a 401(k) plan are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person at the distribution center and by phone to enter orders under automation system controls.
• Assist in pricing quotes and orders under automation system controls.
• Balance daily invoice edits and audit open order reports weekly.
• Follow up on customer claims for credit and manage invoicing for COD and open-term accounts.
• Assist with furnish and install programs and related invoicing; process installer payables.
