This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, strong multitasking and a customer-first mindset, and the ability to operate point-of-sale and handheld devices while collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies in English.
• Capable of meeting daily sales goals and handling transactions.
• Comfortable using electronic devices and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and returns.
• Proficient in POS systems and handheld devices to complete transactions.
• Maintain organized, clean pickup and return areas for a friction-free customer experience.
• Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and promote loyalty benefits.
• Support teammates and maintain a collaborative store environment.
