Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to help deliver a seamless, customer-first shopping experience. You’ll support Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, order pickups, and other tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards.

This role requires multitasking, problem solving, attention to detail, and flexibility across shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll help keep the shopping space welcoming, assist customers with purchases and loyalty benefits,
