Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; rotation for store opening/closing.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at front desk in a warm, professional manner.
• Process sales orders accurately with proper approvals.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in retail systems.
• Handle cash following company procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Support audits, inventory processes, and paperwork accuracy.
• Prepare routine reports and keep sales/office records organized.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising and store associates for smooth operations.
• Operate POS, retail software, and Microsoft Office efficiently.
