You will greet customers, process orders, manage accounts, handle cash, and assist with office tasks, ensuring accurate records and smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable MS Office Suite and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service/office experience preferred.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays; shifts for opening/closing.
• Thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet customers professionally and provide service.
• Sales Order Support: Process orders with required documentation and approvals.
• Customer Account Management: Manage credit applications and accounts.
• Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: Follow cash procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Address inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance: Support audits and inventory checks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records and file paperwork.
• Team Collaboration: Work with sales, merchandising, and store staff.
• Technology & Systems: Use POS and office software to perform duties.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
