Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays; various shifts.
• Thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, on the phone, and via email with Ashley's brand image.
• Process sales orders with required documentation and approvals.
• Manage customer accounts, credit applications, and financing arrangements.
• Handle cash, process payments, and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues, escalating to management as needed.
• Support audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks.
• Maintain accurate records and routine reports; collaborate with store teams.
