Towers Loan seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the face of our local office. You will deliver friendly, efficient service, promote appropriate financial solutions, and help customers manage loan accounts in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.

The CSR role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling, payments processing, and branch operations while supporting sales and customer retention efforts in a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and deposits.
• Execute office administrative duties, including mail, filing, and supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
